IVY Educational Foundation Inc title
The purpose of this Foundation is to activate and encourage high scholastic and ethical standards in high school students, conduct workshops and other service programs to help alleviate problems in the community, provide a scholarship program for deserving high school students to pursue a higher education, sponsor clubs for youth groups and carry out chartable, scientific, technological, literary and educational activities.

The Ivy Educational Foundation, Inc., the charitable arm of Zeta Tau Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., provides programs and finances to enhance our community in education, the arts, economics, and family health.

The Foundation provides the following signature programs of service within our community.

Scholarships
Financial assistance is provided to deserving high school students.  To date more than $300,000 has been awarded to students.

The Precious Pearls and Twenty Pearls Youth Groups
The Precious Pearls (middle school girls in grades 6-8) and the Twenty Pearls (high school girls in grades 9-12) are provided tutorial services, cultural field trips and workshops that incorporate information on careers, financial management, health and leadership skills.
Community Outreach Program
The Community Outreach Program is an informational seminar that explores global issues and possible solutions that impact youth and adults.

Support for Non-profit Organizations
The Foundation provides support to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, American Cancer Society, the American Red Cross, The Salvation Army, The Sickle Cell Foundation of Palm Beach County, the Urban League of Palm Beach County, the United Negro College Fund and the NAACP.
